The chairman/Managing Director of the Company is Chief (Dr.) Akinkunmi Babatunde Johnson, a retired Director (Legislation) Clerk to the Committee on Special Duties, a seasoned legislative scholar per excellent, he holds B.Sc. M.Sc. (Public Administration), Master in Legislative Studies, Ph.D (Legislative Studies) and Governmental Affairs. He has served in various capacities in both private and government establishments before his retirement at a statutory age. He is the owner of the Company with the engagement of about 5 (Five) staff. He is in partnership with, a Centre for Legislative Services in Africa, OMYX Construction Company, Gavaj Construction Company in Water Post Housing State. UR, The Pentimees Consulting Inc, Chicago etc. The company was registered with Corporate Affairs Commission with Reg. No. 7424854.
